Certificate of Archive

Every Felaçi jacket is crafted to endure beyond season, accompanying the wearer as it evolves. With time, the leather develops its own patina and character with no two alike.

Each piece enters the archive with a unique record. Upon purchase, it is accompanied by a Certificate of Archive, linking it permanently to our atelier.

The certificate reflects our commitment to enduring craft and a philosophy of longevity over multiplicity. It affirms:
• Authenticity as part of the Felaçi archive.
• A lifetime of dedicated aftercare through our atelier.
• Access to consultation and service, ensuring each jacket continues to live, evolve, and endure.

Production Window

Every Felaçi piece is made to order. After you place your order, our atelier will contact you to confirm measurements and sizing details.

Once confirmed, please allow 6-8 weeks for production and dispatch.

Delivery

We offer complimentary worldwide delivery on all orders.

Shipments are securely dispatched via DHL or FedEx. You will receive confirmation once your order enters production, and tracking details upon dispatch.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding services. A physical delivery address is required for all orders.

Orders within the UK are inclusive of VAT.

For international orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union, duties and taxes are covered by Felaçi — there are no additional costs upon delivery.

For all other destinations, duties and taxes may apply. These remain the responsibility of the client and are not included in the purchase price.

Custom orders in standard sizes (from our size chart)

Eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is new, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
In the United Kingdom, complimentary exchanges are provided. Felaçi covers the return label and associated shipping costs.
For all other international destinations, exchanges are possible, but the client is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges and store credits will only be processed once the item has been received and inspected by our atelier.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellation is not possible as production begins on a made-to-order basis.
Bespoke tailored pieces cannot be cancelled once measurements have been confirmed.
